If you wish to exchange an item for another size, we suggest you return the item using the RA# method above and place an order for the correct size/colour online right away as this will avoid delays. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will credit your card or paypal account.
If the product to return is due to manufacturing failure or oversight, please send us an email and we will direct you as to which store you need to return it to. If you're unsure, it's best to email us at with your order number. Wear and tear is not covered by any supplier warranties, but can often be repaired at a reasonable charge.
