Although this meal is often associated with Mexico, this dish is of Texan origin. Happy Yak has created its own version of this classic dish: tomato sauce, kidney beans, corn, rice and spices are some of the ingredients that make this meal so sought after! This freeze-dried meal will be appreciated by all on your next outdoor adventure.

* Vegetarian (Vegan, Gluten Free, Lactose Free)
Stove Preparation:
* In a pot, combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well
* Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 min
* Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 min
Express Preparation (for 1 serving only)
* Add boiling water, mix well and seal bag
* Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice
