Signature Required & Faster Shipping Options
All parcels are shipped ground*. You will have the option to upgrade to faster shipping during checkout. If you prefer Canada Post or Purolator, please make note in the notes/delivery instructions when you checkout.
Orders from VPO.CA may require a signature to release the package at the time of delivery.
Free Shipping
FREE shipping on orders totaling $49 or more before taxes. For orders totaling $49 or less before taxes, shipping is a flat rate of $14 to Manitoba & West; $21 to Ontario & East. Northern Canada shipping is a flat rate of $28. Sorry, oversized and overweight items do not qualify for free shipping.
Additional Package Protection by SavedBy
Eligible orders may be offered an optional Package Protection service provided by our 3rd party partner SavedBy. If you opt in to SavedBy Package Protection, you will receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim should you have a package lost or stolen. Package Protection fees are not refundable once an order has shipped.
Oversized/Overweight Shipping Surcharge
Unfortunately due to the size or weight of some items, we are required to apply a shipping surcharge. The amount of the shipping surcharge is applicable to each oversized item on the order. For example, if the shipping surcharge for a pair of skis is $30, then ordering 2 pairs of skis will result in a $60 shipping surcharge added to your order. This appears as the SHIPPING CHARGE on your receipt. The $49 free shipping threshold does not apply to oversized or overweight items.
Items Available In-store Only
Certain very large items such as canoes, kayaks and rigid stand-up paddleboards are available to purchase directly from a Valhalla Pure Outfitters store. To find out what store has your desired item, please check the item's page to see availability.
*Shipping within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or International.
** We may ship your order in a recycled box. This is one of the ways we consider the environment. Please feel free to ship your exchange/return back in the same box.
