COVID-19 Updates Physical stores now reopening!

Adventurers,

We are happy to announce that after weeks of online and curbside-only service, our stores are reopening. We're getting closer to normal, but we have a number of protocols in place to ensure a healthy experience for all adventurers.

Be sure to check your local VPO for adjusted hours. At this time, stores that open are operating at "blue" level. Please follow all enhanced safety procedures in order to help us keep everyone safe. These include:
  • Hand sanitizing (mandatory upon entry)
  • Maintaining a 2m distance between yourself, other customers, and staff
  • Wearing a mask (highly encouraged)
  • Limiting the number of items you touch while shopping
  • Choosing card over cash when paying

Our in-store processes have also been adapted. These include:
  • Limiting occupancy in-store
  • Sanitizing payment terminal before and after use
  • Modifying our changeroom procedures by limiting try-ons
  • Quarantining all items after try-ons
  • Quarantining returns; expect delays in processing

We are accepting and shipping online orders as normal. Some delivery delays should be expected as some centers are experiencing sorting and delivery delays.


Purchases made online must be shipped back to the original store or returned to a local store for a refund or exchange. Customers wishing to return product to a local VPO store should expect a delay of several days in processing the return and issuing a refund.


Stores in our communities are now safely reopened with enhanced cleaning and social distancing protocols in place.


We have developed procedures to safely have your online order picked up curbside at your local VPO. Please see our curbside pickup announcement for further details!


Items picked up from a local store may be returned to that store for a refund. There will be a delay of 3-5 business days after you drop off your return before your return will be processed and a refund issued. For further information, contact your local VPO store.
