However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your order by following the instructions below. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving, and items must be in the same condition it was sent to you with the original packaging. We ask that you ensure your return is packaged within a shipping box or a bag. Items returned using the product box as a shipping box cannot be accepted. (For example, if you purchased a pair of shoes, the shoe box must be placed WITHIN a shipping box and not marked or altered.) We will credit your original payment method. If you wish to exchange an item for another size/colour, we suggest you return the item using the above steps and place a new order for the size/colour right away as this will avoid delays.
Shipping fees on the original purchase are non-refundable.
Often a quick conversation with our staff can solve the problem. If the problem persists, or if you feel the product is defective, our staff will initiate a warranty. Depending on the issues, this may involve the original supplier, or it may be a simple replacement on the spot. Our mission is to solve the problem as painlessly and as quickly as possible.
