

Our extended Christmas return policy is in effect from November 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026. Any non–final sale items purchased during this period may be returned or exchanged up until January 15, 2026.

We will credit your original payment method. Items should be returned with the original hang tags.
* Please note that eligible ski boot returns will incur a 5% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).
If you wish to exchange an item for another size/colour, we suggest you return the item using the above steps and place a new order for the size/colour right away as this will avoid delays.
Shipping fees on the original purchase are non-refundable.
